AL4LIFE PROGRESS AT IBCM
Between March and August 2025, AL4LIFE at IBCM moved from institutional preparation to visible implementation. Building on the alumni structures established in the previous phase, this period focused on activating alumni engagement through career-oriented events, employer networking, and structured cooperation between the Career Centre and Alumni Association. 

Key progress includes:
- Active alumni participation in Career Day and fairs
- Stronger integration of alumni in employability initiatives
- Expanded employer and alumni networks
- Increased visibility of alumni contributions within the institution

This phase confirms that alumni engagement at IBCM is no longer strategic planning it is operational practice, contributing directly to student employability and institutional development.
