IBCM ALUMNI STRATEGY 2024 - 2029

The IBCM Alumni Strategy 2024-2029 envisions a dynamic and multifaceted approach to strengthening the
connection between the college and its graduates. By establishing the IBC-M alumni organization as both a
network and an informal association, this strategy aims to address the diverse needs of alumni while
supporting the broader goals of the institution. The dual model will enable the alumni organization to cater
to different segments of the alumni community, developing a sense of belonging and encouraging active
participation in the college’s ongoing development.
To maximize the impact of the alumni organization, the strategy emphasizes close collaboration with the
college's governance structures. This partnership will develop the alignment of alumni activities with the
college's strategic objectives, creating opportunities for alumni to influence and support key initiatives.
Through this synergy, the IBC-M alumni organization will play a pivotal role in improving the IBC-M college
reputation, expanding its network, and driving innovation in both academic and professional spheres. The
strategy aims to build a sustainable and vibrant alumni community that actively contributes to the success
of IBCM and its graduates. The figure below shows five (5) Strategic Directions for Development in alumni
aspect.
