On June 28–29, 2023, representatives from the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) participated in a dedicated training on alumni systems and platforms hosted by the University of Ljubljana.

Prof. Agron Hajdari and Project Officer Gresa Ferri represented IBCM at the event, which gathered partner institutions working on the Al4life project. The training focused on best practices for developing, managing, and using digital alumni platforms to strengthen alumni engagement and institutional development.

During the sessions, the University of Ljubljana shared its model and experience in building a well-structured alumni system, including how to maintain communication, offer services, and track alumni impact. IBCM’s team used this opportunity to explore tools and approaches that could be adapted to their institutional needs.

This training in Ljubljana was a key step in IBCM’s commitment to improving its alumni strategy and building a stronger, connected alumni community.
