On 27 March 2024, IBCM organized a Career Fair that brought together students, alumni, and many respected industry leaders from across the region. The event created a space for networking, knowledge-sharing, and exploring career opportunities.

Among the alumni speakers was Ms. Arnita Veliu, Managing Director at Botanic Ilc., a successful organic herbs business in Kosovo. She shared her journey with IBCM students, reflecting on how her time at IBCM helped shape her career. Her story offered valuable insight into building a business from the ground up and highlighted how education and persistence can lead to real success.

The fair featured booths from companies across different sectors, where students and alumni could interact with recruiters, learn about job openings, and ask questions. Panel talks and discussions added more depth to the event, covering topics like job market trends, industry needs, and career development.

This Career Fair showed IBCM’s ongoing effort to connect students and graduates with professionals who can support their growth. It also reinforced the strength of the IBCM community—where students, alumni, and partners come together to support each other in their professional paths.
